1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

Movingdocs.com provides online resources, including classified advertisements for home rentals and roommate searches (referred to hereafter as "the Service") subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). By using the Service in any way, you are agreeing to comply with the TOU. In addition, when using particular Movingdocs.com services, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all Movingdocs.com services, which may change from time to time. Should you object to any term or condition of the TOU, any guidelines, or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with Movingdocs.com in any way, your should discontinue use of Movingdocs.com.

3. YOUR CONDUCT ON THIS SITE

c) that violates the Fair Housing Act by stating, in any notice or ad for the rental of any dwelling, a discriminatory preference based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap (or violates any state, provincial or local law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of these or other characteristics);

d) that impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a Movingdocs.com employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to Content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.

e) that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

f) that is false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful or mis-informative

g) that constitutes or contains any form of advertising or solicitation if: posted in areas of the Movingdocs.com sites which are not designated for such purposes;

h) that includes links to commercial services or web sites

i) that advertises any illegal service or the sale/rental of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law.

j) that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;

k) that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive amount of Content (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or

l) that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.

You agree that Movingdocs.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Movingdocs.com is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Movingdocs.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and / or our service.

You agree not to hold us (Movingdocs.com and the individuals who manage and or own the site) responsible for things other users post or do. We do not guarantee the accuracy of postings or user communications or the quality, safety, or legality of what's offered. We also cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services.
